Cajun Chicken Quesadilla Recipe

Cajun Chicken Quesadilla


  • 10"flour tortilla

  • 1 oz. cajun seasonings

  • 1 tsp. oil

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • 6 oz. chicken breast cut into strips

  • 2 oz. Sal de Pueblo Lemon Pepper Seasonings

  • 2 tsp. oil


  1. Oil the tortilla on one side and sprinkle with the cajun seasonings.

  2. Mix the chicken with the Sal de Pueblo Lemon Pepper.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken.

  4. Put 4 slices of cheddar cheese on the unseasoned part of the tortilla and place cooked chicken on half of tortilla.

  5. Fold over the tortilla and heat in a skillet until both sides are crisp and cheese is melted. Be careful not to burn the cajun seasonings.

  6. Cut into 3 triangles and serve with rice and beans or salad.
