Shredded rotisserie chicken, scallions, cilantro, organic pumpkin seeds, Sal de Pueblo Avocado Leaf Salt and Pepper Salt to taste...half light sour cream half whatever mayo you prefer, I used a mayo from Mexico with lime in it.
